Sandy

Hi, I’m Sandy, a piebald Husky with a heart full of love and a goofy streak that will keep you smiling. My journey started on a highway, but now I’m safe and searching for my forever family.

I’m a super affectionate and laid-back guy who loves to snuggle and make people laugh. I give sweet kisses (sometimes with little chin nibbles), carry my toys around like trophies, and love rolling on my back in the grass. When I eat, I use my tongue like I’m slurping water—my foster thinks it’s adorable.

I’m housebroken, great with kids, and I absolutely LOVE other dogs—big or small. I’m not a fan of crates, but I’m happy with a comfy dog bed. I walk well on a leash with my harness and could even be your jogging buddy. I know “sit” and “come,” and while I might get a little bouncy when I’m excited, I settle down quickly when asked.

I do have one little quirk: my vision isn’t perfect. I see best from the sides, so if you approach me head-on, I might look a bit surprised. But I’m gentle and easygoing—it just adds to my charm.

Mostly, I want a loving family, room to roam, some fun toys, and a cozy spot in front of a fan—that’s my happy place. Oh, and a home without cats would be best.

If you’re looking for a sweet, silly, loyal best friend, I’m your guy. Let’s start our next adventure together.
