My name is Klondike and I am around 4 years old. My siblings and I lost our parents and were rescued thankfully from the shelter. This was a very scary situation but I am finally adjusting.
When I first arrived at my foster home, I was skittish and even fearful. I even cringed at my foster mommy and daddy’s touch. I ran from them, I wouldn’t eat, drink, or go to the bathroom. Thankfully, a lot has changed, and while I’m still leery, over the past week, I have improved tremendously.
I LOVE going for walks and for rides. I’m a cuddler and don’t hesitate to jump on the couch or bed to be with you to snuggle. I’m not a fan of the crate but do fine in it and I’m potty trained. I like to assess the counters so you have to be sure not to put tasty treats within reach. I’m not super vocal but on occasion I will woo a little. I am going to be getting better and better, but my new family will have to have a little bit of patience, but I promise you, I am worth it!
I’m up to date on vaccines, and microchipped.
